Just what I needed
By N. Webb on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2025
I have zero complaints. The cooker arrived assembled, which was a pleasant aurprise. Just screw the propane hose into the burner, connect the tank, and away you go. Functions great, and didn't require any significant tuning to get a nice blue flame.

Like others, mine is missing pieces
By Rayburn Hahn on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2020
Mine arrived in a box that was in OK shape, but Gas One had only sealed it along the top and bottom seams, leaving the edges of the top and bottom unsealed. That would normally not be a problem, but the two screws that hold the "air control panel" in place were both unscrewed they, along with associated parts, were left to float around the box. I found one of the screws, and the screen for the air control panel under the bottom flap, and the 2nd screw was missing. I'm sure that if the box had been turned on its side once more, the screen and 2nd screw would've fallen out of the open gaps in the lid of the box as well. Quite a disappointment to get something that you can't use right away because the manufacturer didn't package the parts properly and/or seal the box properly. I was able to purchase a package of equivalent screws at Home Depot (Everbilt part number 574646) for a dollar or so. There is also an error in the instruction sheet. It mentions a spring that is supposed to go between the propane hose and the inlet fitting, but that was missing in my box. However, I called the manufacturer, and the guy said that the instructions were outdated, and that the spring was only needed to hold the air control panel in place, and that that function is now served by the screws. So, it was missing a part, and had out-of-date instructions. If they had just screwed those screws in a bit further they wouldn't have both (!) fallen out, and it wouldn't have caused me to spend more time and money to go to Home Depot to overcome. Fortunately, it works properly now, but because of my irritation and wasted time/money, I'm docking it two stars.
