Came quick, easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in.

Product came quickly and was set up within minutes, snaps together no need for tools. Only reason it did not get 5 stars was because it sits a little higher than expected so it is harder to get into if you are short, and because it is a free standing frame you have to be careful when initially sitting if you are heavier so you do not tip it, however once you are on it it is very sturdy.

Not a very sturdy piece!

The stand is not made very well at all. First of all, the item was three days late and was lost by the shipping company. When it did arrive, the box was destroyed and pieces were falling out. The arms had numerous scratches and dings on them. I followed the directions and put it together completely. The stand did not want to stand up until it was screwed down. There are only four screws with it and it should have twice that number. The first time my five year old got in it, it leaned over and collapsed. It was because the upper portion does not have anything holding it together. It could possibly be a better frame if it had more lock down points. There needs to be some bolts, screws, or a way to strengthen the top piece. No matter what I tried, the frame tipped over and came apart. I can't state that this will happen to every person, just my honest review. I will not be ordering a replacement.
