Update : Works as it should USER ERROR No power whatsoever

Edit: User Error. Turns out we just didn't understand how this works. Water must be flowing through in order for unit to turn on. This unit works perfectly in our application. ......I bought this for a cabin we were building. Install was after return window. Water heater is completely dead. No power light what so ever. No hot water, nothing. All connections and power verified. Contacted the manufacturer customer service and answered a few scripted question. I was told a technician would call and it's been nearly a week now. Still waiting

Poor Quality and possibly Dangerous

Bought 1st one of these and let it sit for a year before installing. It was totally dead. Tach support try to tell me I installed the Inlet\Outlet backwards despite what it said in manual and color coded rings on fittings. Finally they called back and retracted that but since I didn't still have the receipt they wouldn't take it back. Since I had it all plumbed and ready I decided to order a 2nd unit from Amazon. Worked Great for about 5 uses then it went dead and smelled bad. Burnt up the wiring inside (which looks like only14 gauge) . Could have started a fire in my house. So maybe that was just bad luck - twice - so got a free replacement from Amazon. Opened the box and both fittings were snapped right off. No big surprise because the thing came with zero packing, just the unit in a plastic bag in the original box... bouncing around in there from the warehouse. Between the pure plastic construction and the questionable safety I think I am about done with Atmor
