Great tree swing
By Sarah Kate on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2024
We got the 24" swing and I thought we would put it on our swing set, but we got it hung on a high tree branch using a sturdy tow rope. You can get a good swing on this when you've got some height to the top of it. My kids (5 & 9) love it. I got it for the proprioceptive input, and it seems to do the job. We've also sat on it as adults and it feels strong. The tips on assembly in the reviews were crucial, particularly the need to get the two halves to fold like a taco when assembling. I did not screw anything in until I had them in the right shape. Make sure you lay the ropes out to make sure you don't get a twist in them before you screw them in. It's a pain to have to unscrew it all and then untwist the rope (does not help if excited kid is trying to mess with things while you're assembling it). For the price, I'm very happy with this swing. It's a great addition to our outdoor play. The small size is good for sitting on when you're really swinging on a tree.

Don't Waste Your Money
By Shane Cockerham on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2022
I returned this almost the same day that I received it. The foam covers the holes the for eye screws to pass through instantly making assembly troublesome before you even start. You need to be really careful not to rip the foam when tightening down the lock nuts. If pushing the foam back to expose the holes wasn't enough of a pain, then once you get to the part where you attach the last segment, the frame doesn't line up at all; it extends over the piece it's supposed to slide into...and by a great margin too. No amount of muscle was going to make this work. I disassembled it a few times & tried a couple of different methods of attaching the frame segments, all to no avail. I had to get a second person to help me assemble this...or lack thereof. I had to get the holes lined up with my helper had to push the eye screws through. Again, back to the last piece, both of use muscling it couldn't get it lined up as it was supposed to. To sum it up: nothing is cut to the proper dimensions thus making assembly either extremely hard or impossible.
