I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished item, but I am glad I did. I previously installed another one in a different area, so I know how challenging it can be to install. Nevertheless, I got it set up and it work like a charm. It’s has a beautiful design and I did not have any issues with the remote. It’s quiet at all speeds and another plus is the light. It can be dimmed and brightened with the remote. I did not need to adjust the blades. Happy customer!

Short comings

This fan is very nice modern look It would be 5 stars but it was missing the shorter down rod(see pic)for a closer to the ceiling install I was looking for. As for the fan itself: quiet moves air very nice clean look the remote is black(not sure if I mind it) but was expecting off white/gray the remote is tricky to figure out the dimming but if you hold the up and down arrows it will blink blue and the dimmer is on do it a second time to set the light back to straight on off. Hopefully they will send a short rod. Some people on other sights say to put the fan together on the ground then hang it but I disagree it’s a very user friendly install as it calls for the blades stay in place for you to screw them in so your not holding a blade a screw and screwdriver wile it spins.
