My jack Russell keep going down basement, I thought it was only cause it was cooler down there. Aah no!!!! He knew something was down there that didn't belong inside. I had to offer treats to get him to come upstairs. Upon further investigation as to what was the attraction down there I came across a at least 3-3 1/2 foot snake skin in the rafters . Right under my bedroom floor.... CREEPED ME OUT.... Apparently someone forgot to close the basement door all the way an for weeks it was left ajar. Someone told me the snake was probably long gone an just shed its skin. As a precaution I purchased this product an sprayed every nook ,cranny, crack an all around the now shut tight basement door. Both inside an outside. The smell is a nice smell not a chemical smell . More of spice smell. No signs of crickets, bugs or any unwanted creepy things down there. My jack Russell doesn't go downstairs anymore unless I'm down there. Thank god he's a hunter. I highly recommend this product unless you have a smart snake hunting jack Russell.... 🐶

I just recently fully unpacked my box excited to set up some perimeter around my shed on my property along with the general area that we and dogs are most active when at the property....I ordered 3 snake defense jugs and just unboxed to find only 2 snake defense and one rodent defense. I get that rodents attract snakes but it’s not what I ordered so a little disappointed in that. The bottles do have a strong odor to them (which was noted before purchasing from reading the Q&A’s, I was very much expecting it to have an odor) even when they haven’t been opened you can smell it and though it was expected a few hours drive in the car is about as much as I could take so once I got them to the property that’s where they’ll be staying, so returning the incorrect jug probably won’t be happening (dealing with poor air quality with Fire season so windows have to be up and air inside the car recirculated). I should’ve checked all 3 bottles when they arrived (I pulled one out and saw it was what I was expecting so assumed the order was correct) The area I’m covering requires 3jugs so I’ll have to wait to spray it once I get another one so it’s a complete perimeter for ultimate effectiveness. The odor is strong so I’m hopeful it’ll be successful (3 stars are for my optimism but the fact it was incorrect order means I can’t use it until I get another jug and go back up to the property so somewhat of an inconvenience and I’ll happily update my review down the road) but for now we just have to deal with snakes inhabiting the area.
