Dimming Mode!

The fan is great! Works as expected and looks pretty cool. Very quiet operation with plenty of speed. Also, the dimming function is really nice feature. I had to call Hunter to figure out how to turn DIMMING MODE on, because it wasn't in the manual. As soon as I figured that out, it worked great. [For those that need to know, hold 0 down and push light button 2x to turn on dimming mode. Then you can long-press the light button to dim]. Works like new, pretty easy to install.Also, seller is very responsive and helpful!

DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED

I ordered a refurbished model since it seemed they had good reviews and it was slightly cheaper. I’ve never had a bad experience with buying refurbished items until this order. When I first opened the box it was clear that the fan had been used. The base was all scratched up, the fan blades were chipped and had black marks on them. Then as I started pulling the remaining pieces out of the box I had about 6 pieces total. Hmm… then I realized that two were the same piece but different models. When I laid out all the pieces they wouldn’t even make a complete fan. No light cover, no remote, no down rod, no hardware pieces… it was literally a box of random used fan parts. This was packed up and returned immediately. Just spend the extra money and get the new one.
