Awesome, it works!!!! The chicken came out so clean and just saved so much time. Assembly and cleaning after use was easy

I am frustrating with this investment

I have bought this chicken plucker machine back in Jan 18 2023. I have used this machine three times for 45 to 50 chickens only. But last week Jul 20 2024 when I try to use this again. This machine is not working al all. I have checked everything but not sure why this is not working. My $500 is total loss. Amazon is not taking care of this because this purchase in over one year old. I don't know action will take the manufacture or their dealer in this case. What a complete waste.
