Read before buying!
By James N on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2020
Cons: First, note that the product description states very plainly that there is "no drain assembly included!!!" I did not notice this part when I purchased the item. I read MANY other parts of the page and product description, but somehow failed to notice that detail. When I realized I needed to purchase this separately, I looked back to the very same page where I had purchased my item to prove that "I'd been had and that they owed me a drain assembly"... and I realized that it was emblazened directly under "About this item." I had to buy them separately, increasing the cost of my bathroom remodel, some. For whatever reason that the drain assembly is not included, just be aware of what you are getting. This wasn't a pleasant surprise, even if it was my own fault for not reading clearly. Second, note the comments on hard water. Do not purchase if you have very hard water. At best, it will make your faucet look ugly. At worst, it will destroy it. Just don't do it! We have typical city water at my house, and after the first two months, the faucets still look great. We wipe them down to get the water marks off, but that just goes along with typical bathroom cleaning. Pros: Easy installation - I installed two of this product (antique bronze) with reasonable ease on my double vanity in the bathroom. I did not have any difficulty (as others have described) with tightening the bracket underneath. It is awkward trying to do this from inside a small vanity, but that same thing would be said for any faucet. All the fittings went together just fine, and I had no leaking. Great look - We love the waterfall faucet look, and the cost for this item was considerably cheaper than alternatives. Quality feel of operation - The feel of using this product is outstanding. This was an upgrade from the standard polished chrome bathroom faucet, and the weight of this product gives it such a nice feel when I turn it on and off. Good flow - The stream coming out of the faucet is not as strong as it was out of the old one. I think that just has to do with how it falls off instead of flowing under more pressure through a smaller orifice. However, I have no complaints about the stream. It does not splash or get me wet, as other reviewers have complained (I made zero adjustments to the inlet valve). It also is strong enough for anything I need to do. I have had no issues with it being a weak stream as others have complained about. It's just not as highly pressurized as the old faucet, but that's fine. Perhaps the individuals with the weak stream have some blockage inside the faucet? Nothing wrong with the product.

Quickly slows to a trickle, even after replacing the entire unit
By sb on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2021
Bought this in July 2020 as part of a bathroom refresh...liked the appearance, price and the waterfall effect. Within a few months, found the water flow was down to a trickle. Took the entire assembly apart, inspected the screen (clean). Examined the supply lines (fine, but replaced anyway). Put it back together with new lines, turned it on...still a trickle. Soaked the entire faucet assembly in C-L-R (Calcium - Lime - Rust) remover overnight, rinsed, reassembled...no change. Thought it might be the $11 faucet cartridge that sits between the supply lines and the handle (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0894SXPSH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). After I removed this, I could see down the holes and saw no evidence of scale buildup or other obstructions. Ordered a new cartridge, took the stupid thing apart for the third time, installed new cartridge, reassembled and reinstalled...no change, just a trickle. Thought I just got a bad unit, so I ordered a new one in April 2021 and installed it....ahhh! Full flow, as good as new. Now it's September, 2021 and the @#$# thing is down to a trickle again. Not gonna screw around with it again, gonna look elsewhere. FYI, we are on city water, quality very good, no other issues with other water-related fixtures or appliances (coffee pot, showerheads, sprinklers, etc). There's just something in the plumbing between where the supply lines screw on and where H and C water exits below the cartridge that seems to get clogged. Never had any issues with the old faucet, was over 20 years old and worked fine.
