Double Decker Heavy Collapsible Utility Cart

I'm updating my review to let everybody know that they do not honor the one year advertised warranty. It is a bait and switch because when you go to their website they say the warranty is only if you purchase it from their website. I called them multiple times over the last couple months. They will give you a call back If you don't want to wait on indefinite hold, but there will be nobody on the other end of the call back. It's just a zombie call there is no actual customer service. I did email them they responded with can we see a copy of your Amazon receipt? I provided them with a copy of the Amazon proof of purchase for them to tell me that they would not warranty it because I purchased it from a vendor and not them. As you can see I'm a verified purchaser. Just over a month the wheels became almost unusable at around the 30 to 40 mile mark. They use no bushing or bearings just plastic wheel on a metal pin. So for anyone who plans on using this cart for over 40 miles within a year, it will go bad and the catch is you won't get a replacement or compensation from the manufacturer. The vendors on Amazon including them and Amazon are saying you get a 1-year warranty with it. I called Amazon they say I have a 1-year manufacturers warranty but the manufacturer denied it because it was purchased on Amazon. Original review below. I updated it and the video after finding out I was also bait and switched on the product warranty. I went to return this to find out I was just days too late within a month the wheels started vibrating and rattling since they did not use heavy duty or even decent wheels with bearings. It's just plastic on metal and now it's wallowed out to the point where when you push it the whole cart vibrates it is no longer usable. When the wheels are in this condition even when trying to turn it the cart now wants to buckle over because the wheels start to buckle. So be warned this is only meant for occasional use. I use it three times a week for about 3 miles each time and within a month or I should say when I went to return it slightly after a month it was already bad. Now I'm stuck with it because I called about their warranty and never got a call back. I tried to call again today about the warranty now that it's completely unusable and Amazon provided me with the wrong phone number. Very light duty wheels with no bearings. Suitable for light duty use only and this was supposed to be a heavy duty model. It is also really small compared to other carts so be sure to look at the measurement and make sure you want a small cart because their pictures make it look bigger than it really is.
