Nice idea. Very pretty until it broke with first wind (AMENDED ORIGINAL REVIEW)

This solar LED windchime is very pretty to look at...it looks great out on my patio hanging from my pergola. I would love to get several more , just for decoration, It would look great with 1 on each corner. They aren't super bright, but the changing color created a soft glow that is pretty to look at. I like that once you turn it on via the on/off switch, you can just leave it, and as long as it gets 6+ hours on sunlight a day, you don't have to worry about it. I'm giving it 4 stars because : 1) I feel this is probably should be at a 11.99 or 13.99 price point...$20.00 is on the high side for the durability and construction. 2) it is very light weight and feels "delicate". I'm not sure how it would fare with decent wind, which is part of daily life here in southern Idaho, and If it gets any accumulation of snow/ice, I fear it would snap. Of course, taking it down in the winter would alleviate this, but I want to enjoy it all year, and for $20 it should be sturdy enough to handle 4 seasons. **EDIT* I bought this during the winter, so only had the chance to test it briefly before storing it until spring. It is now May. I have had this hanging on my patio forr 2 weeks, and after the first decent wind (to be fair, we have pretty gusty winds), the wiring on the light loosened, and now the light doesn't work at all. It can't be fixed. it still looks ok during the day, but the solar light is what made it so awesome! So I am downgrading my review to 1 star...As noted previously, this feels very "delicate" and lightweight, and it just couldn't stand up to wind. I would not recommend this product if you live in an area with frequent wind. A slight breeze probably not an issue, but we get pretty good spring gusts here, and I probably shouldve waited til after the spring winds to put it up, but at the $20-30 pricepoint, it really should be more durable. ** additional Edit: a week after amending this review, the glass ball fell off. And it wasn't even that windy. Piece of junk. Very disappointing because I really wanted to like this product
