Very easy to wall mount!
By Brian Tran on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2017
I got the idea from another reviewer and was able to use two 9" delta bars with holes drilled through with bolts. Very quick and easy to use now without the tedious setup and putting away process. Quick disconnects on every fitting helps a ton. I opted to upgrade the hose to a 3/8" 50' hose with built in couplers. I also used a mtm 407 gun with mosmatic swivel to prevent the hose from tangling. A note to others who want to do this, you must convert the pressure house outlet from m22x15mm to m22x14mm outlet. This will allow you to use standard fittings from other hoses. After converting to m22x14mm I used a m22 to 3/8" coupler to get the quick disconnect. All these fittings can be found easily on eBay. Also easy to disassble and paint of the lime green is too much for you. Updated with part list for those interested: - Two 9" Delta DF509W bars found on amazon to mount the unit - MTM 50' hose reel - 50' x 3/8" hose with attached couplers and both male ends. (search on ebay. you need one end to be a female coupler, the other side you will remove anyways) - 1' x 3/8" hose with male to female ends for the reel to pressure washer connection - Female M22 x 15 mm to male m22 x 14mm (converting Sunjoe's non-standard to standard fitting) - Female m22 x 14mm to 3/8" NPT female (this is to have the pressure washer outlet accept the standard 1' x 3/8" hose) - Dramm shut off valve for the garden hose is very useful so that you don't have to turn off hose from faucet. - After the shut off valve on garden hose I added a Gilmore pro disconnect on the garden hose and on the pressure washer. *make sure to use teflon tape for every single connection to prevent leaks and tighten with a wrench! I still do not have a single drip of water after doing this. For the pressure washer gun: - MTM SG-28 (much better than the MTM 407 I used before) - Mosmatic gun swivel 3/8 M x 3/8 F (found at kleenrite) - 3/8" male quick connect plug (get MTM stainless steel branded everything if you want best quality for easier disconnects) - 1/4" male to quick connect coupler - 1/4" male quick connect plug - Your choice of a spray wand, I used a Mosmatic 20" bent spray wand (1/4"M inlet x 1/4" F outlet from kleenrite) - Mosmatic tip protector (optional) - MTM 4 piece 2.5 orifice quick connect nozzle set (don't buy from amazon, those are fake) * I got all the fitting conversions from ebay

Won't replace a gas powered unit, but does about 80% of what the average homeowner needs.
By John H. on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2018
I would not have considered buying an electric power washer before this if my wife had not ordered a lesser unit which I used briefly and then returned. It was purchased from another shopping site. I studied the reviews of the SPX4000 and similar units, so I pretty much knew what to expect going in. I have been using the SPX 4000 all weekend and have decided it is a keeper, with limitations. I find it to be perfectly suited for about 80% of what I need to use a power washer for, but fully understand that it is no replacement for a gasoline powered unit. After reading the reviews on this unit and the many suggested hacks and upgrades, I have decided to use it as is with the SunJoe accessories. The reason being that I'm not going to buy adapters to use other brands of equipment, like I thought I would, is because I don't think it would significantly improve performance given the power limitations of this particular unit. I did order the additional 25 ft.HD hose since using this unit with the too short 20 ft hose that it comes with. That, I think is an essential upgrade. The unit works pretty good for medium duty tasks like washing cars, cleaning lawn furniture and other equipment. It will clean a deck or concrete patio/sidewalk/parking area, but very slowly. It is not going to power wash your house very well, no matter what mods or accessories you buy. The lower power setting is rather useless unless you are cleaning something delicate like outdoor fabrics and such. The flip side is you are not liable to tear anything up unless you use the red tip. Most of the detractions made in the more reasonable reviews are valid. The hoses and power cord placement are not very well thought out. But a longer hose takes care of that. Although the soap container can not be removed easily, the current design has a drain plug on the bottom. Plastic hose fittings have been replaced with aluminum, but I wish they were brass. So I will occasionally rent a gas powered unit when I have a heavy task, but I'm glad to have this unit for everything else. I doubt any electric power washer can compare to even a low end gas unit, and a low end gas unit still costs at least 4 times as much as this one and there is not a gas engine to have to maintain. I have enough of those in weed eaters, brush trimmers, chain saws and lawn mowers. I don't want or need another one. Update as of 8/17/2021: Down graded to One Star (formerly Four Stars) After about three years of light to moderate use, my unit has finally given up the ghost. It began leaking water from inside the housing, pouring out the bottom and not generating sufficient pressure for washing anything. I opened up the plastic external cover to see if I could find something repairable. Discovered a crack in the alloy (Zamack?) pump body that sprayed water with just hose pressure without the electric motor being on. I doubt that's repairable, but I may try some JB Weld just for the heck of it.
