I love these cord reels. I will definitely continue to purchase these in the future. The first one I bought is 5-6 years old and have had zero issues. Used on a jobsite daily. Makes getting a cord out or putting away very quick and easy. Great quality

Reel mounted so crookedly it cannot rotate

Returned this. It was clearly not damaged, just terribly put together. The reel was mounted at such an off-axis angle that the crank knob hit the stand assembly and couldn't even make a half a rotation. The materials - for the price - seemed reasonable. But given this obvious lack of assembly quality control, I don't trust it or the brand to handle electricity in my home.
