Works with no monthly fee

I did a lot of research on these things before deciding to buy this one. Here is my pro's and con's list: Pro's No Monthly fee Powered from existing doorbell wires high quality 1080p recording leverages cloud storage such as google drive or dropbox motion activated recording automated video transfers to cloud Easy to install and setup Cons ALC SightHD app is a little clunky, its slow to load and delivers poor real time video quality ALC SightHD software is only available for phones and tablets, cannot monitor it from desktop setting up email alerts and phone notifications will spam your inbox with false positives. Overall, I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it to anyone who wants added security without the cost of monthly subscription fees.

Waste of money....it's garbage

The installation was simple and at first (during the day) the video quality was very good. But as night fell so did the video quality. We tried everything from changing the settings in the app to removing the doorbell cam from the wall and resetting it (several times). The video continued to get worse and by morning it looked like the video posted here.
