I wasn't sure what to expect for this being a remanufactured product, but the quality is as if it was brand new. Everything was included in the box along with extra hardware if needed. Install was a breeze. It looks very nice and sleek while still being traditional. The fan speed is as to be expected.

Looks like new - - - BUT don't judge a book by its cover.

The light is so dim you can't even call it a light. The fan's highest speed stopped working after about a month. In addition, my contractor couldn't believe how long it took to install, and you can only use the remote control to operate it, not the wall switches. Now we are stuck with it. At least it's pretty to look at, but not functional at all.
