Amazing and mighty. Read whole review

Update.. I just have to tell you about how amazing the customer service was with great circle USA. They are the product manufacturers. I've had my cart for about 2 years I have never been nice to it. And it has stayed running like a champion. However for whatever reason my charger stopped working altogether. I was not able to talk to anybody in customer service Because Of the virus. Their offices have been closed. However they take email. So I sent them an email with the model number and all the information to find out how I could order a new charger. They then sent me out a brand new charger and thank me for my original purchase. When it arrived it turned out that they sent me a ballast. I sent them a new email informing them of what I had. And what I needed. I also made it perfectly clear that I was more than willing to pay them for the new charger. However they sent me a brand new charger once again for free did not ask for the ballast back. And they apologize for the mix up. I now have a new charger and my batteries are charging As I write this. Since the arrival of my cart I have had to talk to Amazon customer service and great circle USA customer service. I have had a wonderful experience with both. I just received my package today. It was a day early so that was excellent. However I've never received a package in this state of beat up. However the factory packed it very well so little damage was actually done. But there is damaged. The box that holds the batteries. Is extremely flimsy. This was broken in several places and one whole side doesn't function at all. The blue cage Kart bed feels decent. However the sides that you pin on and off. We're already bent when I got them. And I don't think they could withstand any misuse at all. I have seen plenty of plastic made items that were more robust. I honestly think that they are going to tear right off and this is going to be a flatbed only. Since the battery box was broken on arrival. Some of the batteries have fallen out and the wires were dislodged. So I had to unscrew everything and put it back together. They use only one color battery cable. So I didn't know whether to wire in series or sequence. Not that difficult if you know what you're looking for. It does not say whether it needs to be on or off when it's in charge. I assume off. I have been charging for 3 hours with no change in indication. Okay so when I first got the card it was broken. But it's not that much different than electric golf cart. I finally got it working and then tried to see what it could do. What I found out was amazing. Discard can do anything as long as you think about it. The sides and tailgate for the cart are terrible. They're very weak and flimsy. Everything else is more than excellent. For instance it says that it can only handle a 15 degree slope. I easily had it on an upwards of 80 degrees slopes. I've climb steps with a load. No way to actually tell what my loads have been. But I would average around 300 pounds per load. I have an 8-acre property. Many Hills and I was able to get an entire down tree. From the back of the property all the way back to the house. I had to cut it up and it took a lot of trips. What was amazing is the terrain was able to cover. I believe this cart could do anything you want it to do. As long as you're willing to figure out how to make it do it. I took the sides and tailgate off of mine. Took an old wheelbarrow. And installed that onto the platform. In a manner I'm able to take off when necessary. And that worked great for me. I do backfilling foundations. And I am absolutely going to take this on to my next job. I have no idea Under full load how long the batteries will last. However I also don't think that that's an issue. If you think you're going to be using the cart over such long periods of time. I a second set of batteries. They are extremely easy to install and take out. If you always have a second set then you always have a full charge. I sincerely have to get some pictures of what I've done. Because I have taken this card everywhere and put it through an amazing amount of challenges. It has come through as well as my skid steer does. It has power. If you've ever been using a two-wheel tiller and had it grab and jump. This can do the same thing. I'm sure my review started off Rocky as if I wasn't going to like it. But this has to be one of the greatest things I've ever ordered off of Amazon. Hands down this will help any job. It is exceptionally easy to load into the back of a truck or van if you have the space. I am absolutely taking this to Lowe's with me anytime I have to pick up anything. It's much easier to handle them their carts inside. If you're thinking about buying this cart. Buy it. It's absolutely worth it. Whatever the job is it will work for you. There's really not enough good you can say about it. And it's very quiet. But the power is amazing. If you could make the ramps sturdy and long enough it'll haul shingles right up onto a roof. Absolutely worth every penny you will be very happy with your purchase. I hope the review is helpful and I'll have to get some pictures up so you can see the different sized Hills I've had this go up and down. So I've read a few reviews saying that the cart works for a couple of months really well and then just stops working. The wires connecting the batteries are just push connections. They absolutely can will and do come loose every once in awhile. I can honestly say it takes less than 5 minutes to open the battery box reconnect the wires and go. As long as you're not getting this unit wet I'm pretty sure it will just continue to work until the motor goes. Of course the batteries that are in it are common batteries that do wear out. But having worked with a battery several times I'm certain they have around a 2-year life cycle at full charge. However if you never let your batteries wear down and charge back up your range for high-use will be very low. I am still beating mine up every other day and it begs for more abuse. Simply put I would wager that some of these complaints are more operator errors. Not a true picture of the cart.

Doesn't put together like the image displayed on listing

I noticed another reviewer who posted pics of theirs once it was assembled looked wonky. We had the same problem. The cart is still usable and does the job but it's wonky looking. It also arrived dented in multiple places with bent panels. The motor and battery are powerful enough to handle hilly terrain while carrying way more than I can on my own for a lot further. We've used it for two small jobs so far and the button that handles acceleration/deceleration is already showing wear and tear. You have to make sure the level is pushed all the way to stop so it doesn't keep going. I mention it because that's not how it starts out and you get used to having a responsive cart that stops immediately after you let go of the lever. Update: Bought this in Jan of '22 and true to the form of Murphy's law - Feb '23, the motor doesn't seem to be working any more. We thought at first it was a low battery so we charged it. It still didn't work. So we thought, maybe we didn't charge it fully? Charged it some more. No. And it decided to make this fully known on a steep hill with the cart loaded up with rock. I'm not really sure what to do about this from here but I do know for sure, 1) this isn't the kind of quality I pay this kind of money for and 2) It means I'm going to take away the 3 star rating and leave it with a 1 star rating. Quality matters to this consumer. Update #2: With some troubleshooting we determined the throttle needed replacing which we got from the manufacturer's webpage. After replacing the throttle and getting the cart to work again, the speed/acceleration became inconsistent to the point of problematic. We went to the website, same as before, tried to order the indicated part for the issue and the site says it doesn't deliver to the same address we got the throttle at and that I have to choose a pickup location. The problem is, it says there is no pick up location for our address. The chat person offered nothing beyond "choose a pick up location." Isn't even acknowledging any further msgs from me. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Avoid like the plague. Put your money somewhere more useful.
