Fantastic IoT Plugs, Great Support!

I am very satisfied with this device and even more so with the customer service I received. My favorite feature of these is the live power monitoring and features surrounding this. It is unbelievably handy in managing and monitoring power consumption in my home. Regarding customer service. They ended up breaking a feature in their app that I used a lot when they did one of their app updates. However, there is the ability to contact their support INSIDE the app! I was able to get hold of someone immediately and they put in a ticket to the development team and the next update the feature was back! Now I have purchased this item several times since then. I think that this is one of my best experiences I've had with a product, let alone an IoT product. 10/10 would recommend. This kind of setup is the future convenient products and service.

Update on May 2021: - One of their recent Firmware updates screwed up the scheduling. As a result, our phone batteries went flat and we missed work due to the missing phone alarms. The company acknowledged their mistakes and apologized for the "inconveniences caused". That's it! I've been in the industry for more than 20 years and everyone knows you need to have a thorough test plans for such updates. Apology is cheap! Someone needs to get fired up there! In other words, their products are not dependable, which is ironic considering this is an electrical outlet. i used to be quite a vocal support for this company's products - outlets, light bulbs, air filtration devices etc; recent events have me considering divesting all their products and investing in some other brands instead. Original: - Beware if you decide to invest in their line of products, their app comes with ads now!!! This is NOT acceptable for what we've paid for the products!
