Hunter 54" White Fan w/ Light Kit

I worked with this beautiful fan as many issues it had and in the end (20 days) gave it's last spin. Remote only controlled the light which can't be dimmed with the up and down buttons, you have to hold those buttons for 4 secs and enter the dimming mode, then hold the light button and it goes through the dimmer levels with a 3 sec delay after you release it, never get your desired level, it's a game of craps (literally). It was a very difficult for us to install, I mean VERY complicated. I didn't mind in the end that nothing really worked, I could flip the light switch and be happy the light came on, sometimes even the fan! But once the fan stopped working, it just became a nice looking ceiling ornament that I don't need.Update: seller offered to replace or refund I'm happy to say without having to return the defective product.
