Works as advertised. Easy to install even for beginners. Reel retracts and extends smoothly. Thick 12Ga cable good for heavy draw items, don’t buy cheap 20Ga stuff. Good purchase so long as it keeps working (who knows).

Do Not use supplied mounting hardware.

Product quality is acceptable with the exception of the supplied drywall anchors. I thought I knew to never use the supplied mounting hardware, specifically drywall anchors, in any situation - except I had a lapse of stupidity and decided to use the supplied drywall anchors. Don’t be fooled by the poor quality anchors, instead use your own. Go to any hardware store and buy a package of the multipack anchors that come in a variety of sizes. From then on, use those in every situation where you find yourself mounting anything in drywall. Make sure to get quality ones. They’ll pay for themselves in the long run and save you a lot of headache.
