Gorilla Grip Original Durable Door Mat

I really was looking forward to getting this mat. The color (forest green) is perfect for my home. The size is perfect for my mud room (47" x 35"). The ability to clean the mat is great. I just can't get the thing to lay flat! The information provided says it might take a day of two for the material to relax and flatten out. The problem is the way they fold and roll the mat. One half of each edge either has an edge that lifts up and the other half curls down. Because they have folded the mat in half, rolling it up in the opposite direction will still not allow all of the edges to lay flat. I have tried turning the mat over and letting it be face down for a couple of days. I have tried the suggestion of rolling the mat in the opposite direction from the original roll. I won't lay flat. In the pictures you will note the edges that are trouble are diagonal from one another. UPDATE - I have had the mat for over a week. I have stacked albums on the entire mat for 48 hours both right side up and upside down. I have keep it in a very well heated room while doing so. Two of the edges are still rolled and it has the creases from being packaged. I know others had similar problems that seem to resolve within 48 hours or so but I feel the way this one was packaged has permanently ruined this mat.
