Very functional, attractive, minimalist fan. Good price since it was refurbished. Hunter is a great brand, and although it was initially missing a part, customer service made it right immediately. I'm really pleased with the look, quietness, and ease of use with the remote. Blades are reversible, so the color choice for the blades is nice too. It's a huge improvement compared to the sparkly crystal fan that was in here from the previous owner. Set up wasn't bad. My husband can do basic wiring, so it took about 30 minutes. We just moved - sorry for the mess in the picture.

Lousy remanufactured company on amazon

Installed on a 15 foot high ceiling with a 5 foot downrod. Took over 3 hours due to the height and using a ladder mounted on a table to reach in order to remove light fixture and install this fan. All looked good until I turned on the fan. Remote worked fine, light went on and then the fan kicked on and this loud humming noise comes from the fan motor. You would have to wear ear plugs or play louder music to drown out the humming sound. Sad the fan looks great in the room but the thought of having to start over is insane. Last time I buy a renewed product on Amazon. Update the renewed company we’re very quick in offering a replacement or credit. Needless to say I took the refund. Couldn’t take a chance of another failed product.
