BOSCH GET75-6N Electric Orbital Sander

I've been trying to buy things elsewhere, and this was a reminder of why. Used this sander a few times now, and I've only had one issue with the sander itself.... it doesn't ground the tool body, and the screw under my palm collects quite the static charge, and delivers quite the zap, in this dry Maine winter. Might put some hot glue over that screw to see if I can't keep the charge from using me as a path to ground. But, the package arrived in the worst condition I've seen a package in a long time, it was more tape than box and it was hard for me to figure out where the edges of the box even were. When I finally got it open, it seemed pretty clear that this had been returned at some point, but didn't appear to have been used. The dust collection tube was split, but taped back together it does function OK... I'll reach out to Bosch and see about getting a replacement piece of plastic sent my way.
