Love the performance

I’ve been using the Ring Chime Pro for a while now, and it’s been awesome. The chime is loud enough to hear from pretty much anywhere in the house, which is super helpful. I like that it also boosts the Wi-Fi signal for my Ring devices — that made a big difference with my doorbell’s connection. Setup was pretty easy, and it hasn’t given me any problems so far. If you want to hear your doorbell clearly inside and improve your Ring’s Wi-Fi, this is a solid pick.

Did Not Extend the Ring WiFi as expected

Great features of a Ring chime - extends chimes for the other devices. But I got the Chime Pro to extend the WFi net for a problematic outdoor Ring spotlight. I placed the Chime Pro on the other side of the wall from the problem device. Chime Pro joined the home network with no issue with a very strong signal. However, the cam would only get 1 bar of connectivity from the Chime Pro. :-(! That is worse than I had with the home network! Double :-( !! Guess I need to do more tuning of the cam....Next step create a 2.4GHz net only and see if that works! Returning the Chime Pro.
