Not enough airflow

We bought 2 of these fans for our outside enclosed deck in 2020. They look great but they never moved the airflow around to make it comfortable. As a matter of fact even at high speed we could never feel anything blowing around. We used a big box fan on the floor and basically had good looking things hanging above us. We also noticed several of the blades are peeling off the decorated color sheet on the top side even though these are not exposed to the weather. We now are replacing with better rated fans!
