First off I like Knipex products and you won't go wrong with any of their items. The reason I am irritated is I bought this 5 piece pliers wrench set for $258. After having been provided a tracking # and waiting 3 weeks, Knipex canceled my order, and refunded $258. I called up to ask why and was told no one knew, just re-order, problem is price went up to $308. Not ethical.
