Not as advertised

I was excited to try this product after I saw the video. Once I had ice on my windows I tried it and it did NOT work as easily as it was advertised. I had to put much more pressure on the windshield for any ice to be removed. I also found it was hard to use since I don’t have a long arm reach so my window scraper was much more efficient and could reach further than this product.
