Good product Great Customer Service

I purchased the reel about 8 months ago. It worked just find and is very handy. I went to use it a couple weeks ago and it was dead. It had power, but it was just flat dead. No power no wifi nothing. I tried to reset but that did nothing. I was pretty unhappy. I contacted their customer support and it took a few emails explaining the situation, but they sent a new unit out super fast! I have dealt with a lot of customer services in the past, but this was painless. It is one thing to sell a product it is another to stand behind it. Alphaworks stands behing their product and I will be a future customer for sure.Thank you Alphaworks for making it right and standing behind your handy little product!

Very poor plug connection

Very poor product overall. Purchased and installed this overhead in my garage for use with power tools and holiday lights. Was unable to connect it to WiFi and therefore Alexa after multiple attempts and troubleshooting searches to figure out how. That is not the worst of it because to be honest the feature would be nice to control the holiday lights with but it's not a necessity. The worst of it has to do with the actual plug in connections themselves. There are 3 ports and I can only plug into two of them. The third simply will not accept a plug. 3 pronged/2 pronged it doesn't matter nothing goes in it. The other two ports will accept a plug HOWEVER the connection is very loose and the plugs fall out very easy. I feel I have wasted my money and it took me too long to install and use it so I am outside of the return warranty. BUYER BEWARE is all I have to say. There are pros such as the mount is quite sturdy, the cable strong with fair retraction and good adjustability of the stopper. These are not enough to outweigh the downfall of not being able to reliably plug in devices with good connection.
