Cozylady 50-ft Multi-Color LED Light Strip

I bought this for my kid as she wanted lights that synched up to her phone. I looked up several products sold here and this one had good reviews. Order received with very little instructions, that were not clear. Stated to "tear off adhesive", well the whole thing came off and realized it was not sticking. I had to come here and look at other reviews, thanks to another review, there is a thin strip that comes off the main adhesive strip that took me quite a while to get apart. The lights were also on the wheel backwards, so I had to un-wind it and re-wrind it the correct way. Also we were missing the strips to mask to the wall to help secure. The instructions to connect to the phone so the lights blink to the music were very vague and did not make sense (I even googled it and not helpful). The package had a business card to contact them if any issues prior to returning. So I did, it took a while for a response and they sent me parts that I already had, not the missing ones that I needed. I still requested assistance again for the syncing as I never got a response in regards to that, the response I received back was "Give me a five start praise and only with your participation , we can do after-sales service". That's BS, I replied that I needed to get results before giving a review, that they would get a good review for providing good customer service, and have never heard back from her again, (it's a one person customer service). I gave it a 3 start review as the lights are great, but they need clearer instructions and better communication on emails.
