Very disappointed in durability

Have only had a year, used 3 months last summer, stored for the winter, put up last week, walked out on my deck to this today! There was no wind, no storms, no reason for this support to have snapped, rendering the umbrella totally useless. Worked great...until it didn't.

Broke after less than 10 uses.

At first I really liked this umbrella. It looks nice and felt high quality. Wind didn’t seem to bother it either. However, after only about 10 times opening/closing this umbrella the crank broke. The mechanism completely rusted and snapped. I am beyond disappointed considering how much this product costs. I know they’re not made to last forever, but we barely used it for a month. Rain should not have damaged it this badly. Parts are cheaply made. I can’t return this, so I’m going to try to get a replacement part to see if it can be fixed. I will not be buying another and don’t suggest this to anyone else either. Very disappointed!!
