This stuff is seriously out of this world!
By Tiny Instructions on Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2025
Okay, I was skeptical about all the hype around ALIEN TAPE, but after trying it myself? Consider me a convert! This double-sided tape is genuinely in a league of its own when it comes to heavy-duty sticking power. The first thing that blew me away was how it sticks to literally EVERYTHING - rough surfaces, smooth surfaces, walls, metal, plastic, you name it. I used it to mount a heavy picture frame that kept falling with other adhesives, and it's been rock-solid for months now. Unlike traditional double-sided tape that loses its grip after a few days, this stuff maintains incredible holding power over time. Yet somehow, when you need to remove it, it doesn't damage surfaces or leave behind that frustrating sticky residue that takes forever to clean. The tape is super easy to work with - just cut the length you need, peel, place, and press. No special tools or complicated application process. I've already found dozens of uses around the house, from mounting bathroom accessories to securing rugs that kept sliding. For anyone tired of dealing with unreliable adhesives or drilling holes for simple mounting tasks, ALIEN TAPE is an absolute game-changer. It's earned a permanent spot in my household toolkit - definitely worth every penny!

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!
By Linda Y. on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2025
Purchased Alien tape to stick plastic 3M Command Hoods on the outside of my house & also the smooth glass on my patio doors. I hung lightweight garland outside, and hung medium-weight wreaths on the inside of my doors. The tape was strong & held beautifully, even during a freezing cold wind storm. Except a weird thing happened with one of the hooks … the Alien tape stretched real long, as if the weight was too much to bear. I replaced that piece of tape and re-hung that hook. Held up perfectly after that. I say BEWARE because removal was incredibly difficult! Post-holiday, I have not been able to remove the Alien tape off my house outside. Not sure if it’s because it’s cold? I’ll try it again in the spring time when the weather is warm. Meanwhile, I have to have all of these white plastic hooks on my house because I can’t get them off. I just managed, with tremendous effort, to remove the hooks and alien tape off the inside of my glass patio doors. The plastic hooks were breaking during the process of trying to remove the tape and I used a plastic scraper to force removal of the tape. It did not just peel off as advertised. The pieces of the tape that did peel off, broke into pieces as I was peeling it off the glass. Now that I got all of the tape and all of the pieces removed, there are areas where the Alien tape left a film. Will try some alcohol or other product to remove the film off the glass.
