I haven't tried it with the included hook and loop sheets that stick on but just taking a sheet of sandpaper and tearing it into quarters by hand and using the included clamps is working fine. So far the only downside is that the hole poking template to make holes in plain sandpaper for vacuuming isn't very sharp and good, but poking them out with a pencil works fine.

Hard to Find Correct Sandpaper for It

This sander works well BUT... I've had for a month and need more sandpaper (it comes with 12 sheets). I cannot find 1/4 sheet hook and loop sandpaper with 6 holes. The sander comes with a punch for making holes in the sandpaper but it works poorly. I have to punch them with a screwdriver and they soon tear open. I tried to use non-hook and loop sheets but the end clamps are angled. It's easy to get part of the sheet clamped but impossible to get the rest of it clamped in. The result is a very loose sheet of sandpaper that is good for very little. The dust collection system works good with a shopvac, but only if you use the correct sheets - which I can't find anywhere.If I had it to do over, I wouldn't have bought it.
