The Einhell 18v series is one step closer to perfect with this do it all, follow you everywhere vac. You can see how quick and powerful it removes project leftovers and debris. It’s well built, thoughtful features, and they back your purchase with a warranty that left me awestruck. I received my new vac and went straight for the charger setup (I bought the kit with 3amp included, and so should you) . I get to the box with the battery-bingo nice and ready to slip onto the...negative, no base. The box was empty where the base was supposed to be. Disappointed I went to the net to research, followed the suggested link on the paperwork. Within HALF an hour after filing my findings, an email was sent asking for pictures of the box, serial, etc and I replied with the 2 pictures requested. HALF an hour later, I get an email with my warranty registration confirmed, and a close support ticket for a new charger base including UPS tracking. I can’t express in words describing the precise focus displayed, without a second thought, on TRULY providing GREAT customer service. Not good customer service, great customer service. I will be replacing all my tools as they wear out with Einhell. You earned a lifer from the very first opportunity.
