iPower 20” x 20.75” Seeding Heat Mat

This heat mat worked great for the couple of months that I used it in 2020. Tons of heat, very responsive to the thermostat, and my tomato seedlings loved the warmth. At the beginning of February this year, I got everything set up and put my seeds on the heat mat under some lights. It didn't seem as warm as I remembered, but I thought that must have just been my imagination. After a month of use, I realized that it was barely warmer than room temperature. So I contacted iPower customer service on February 25th. I let them know that I purchased the item on January 29th 2020, and that I was experiencing problems. ------- Feb 26, 2021, 9:33 MST Thank you for contacting us.
