Arrived Damaged

I am giving it 3 stars b/c it arrived damaged, and my belief is that it was packaged that way b/c it was sent to me in the original DeWALT box that in itself was not damaged. Nor was there was an outer box of whatsoever to speak of. With that said, I have no idea how well it works or even if it works at all. I'm sending it back for a replacement. Unfortunately to do that, I’ve got to return this one for a credit and purchase another one, while I wait for a credit for the initial one. 🤞
