Very happy with the Acopower solar suitcase. Plenty of charge for my Lithium batteries when we dry camp.

Bad Design Poor Communication, Bad Business Practices,
By Business on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2022
This item is very badly designed in the first place. They attach the charge controller to the panel itself in a permanent fashion as well as use VELCRO. This controller MUST be separated from the panel. NOT LEFT IN THE SUN and separated from the battery source (generally inside the vehicle) The controller should be mounted in the vehicle as close to the battery as possible. This unit has some what appears to be HEX screws holding it in place with hinges mounted to the controller. What is particularly bad is that on two occasions these screws have been stripped by other purchasers before I received this and sent out to other customers (instead of destroying them) in an attempt to recoup their losses. I am one of those customers. I had the original panel with the stripped screws and was able to compare them to the 2nd one in in both cases screws where stripped by former customers in attempt to separate the two components from each other. All that was necessary was to keep the two components together temporally together with Velcro not install hinges and mount them together using defective screwsTheir practice of churning their orders and circulation of the already shipped out badly designed and damaged panels and circulating them among new and unsuspecting customers has me very concerned. I sent a very serious text to the manufacturer advising them of my negative review and their design flaw. in order to correct this for future customers, if they are even worthy of them in the future at all.Of course I will never do business with them in the future and would never put my trust in them at all for any of their products. This borders on fraud. I am already lost as a customer.I spoke to some higher ups with Amazon and these Solar panels, I am told, will most likely be removed from the shelves as a result of this disaster. It all could have been avoided if they just used Velcro to temporarily affix the Solar Charge controller to the panel instead of attempting to permanently install it and use soft defective screws to do this, and to be honest in dealing with their customers. That would take common sense which they are obviously lacking.if these people are even in business by next year, would be a surprise if they keep this up. I sincerely hope they adjust these practices. 1. Soft-install them to the panels, using Velcro. 2. When a customer returns the panels with stripped screws (see picture) they destroy these defective panels rather than re-ship them out to new customers. 3. They should not expect customers to put the charge controller in the sun with the solar panels gathering a great deal of heat exposing internal circuitry of the charge controller to extreme heat and melting conditions. If they make these changes, this should be a decent set of solar panels, since the panels themselves put out respectable amount of power.
