Absolutely love this shower system! The quality is great, very strong metal material. I love that I can have the rain fall shower i want without re piping my bathroom and that I can be able to turn on the water to warm up without getting wet! It gives a modern yet rustic look to my new bathroom and for the price, you are missing out if you don't get this!

Potentially helpful installation ideas. Don't count on Customer Service.
By Jeffrey O. on Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2023
Installing this unit may be a bit more challenging than what it appears. The end of the copper pipe in the first photo (#12 in the second photo) must be no shorter than 1 & 3/16th's of an inch and no more than 1 & 9/16th's from the wall after connecting to the shower head pipe within the wall. As the pipe was 1/8th of an inch short from my shower wall I asked customer service for a longer copper pipe and was told to "go to the nearby hardware store to buy a longer one". I replied that hardware stores don't have copper pipes with soldered fittings like this in their inventory. The second reply from Customer Service stated "Each part has a mold, the size of the mold is fixed, if you want to extend, you need to make another mold. We do not have this mold at present, because few customers have this demand." Obviously this is not a molded part so I asked for them to check with the fabrication dept. to solder a longer copper pipe on the threaded fitting. After two follow ups, I have received no reply from Customer Service. I ended up buying a fitting to extend the pipe enough for the rain shower head to slip far enough over the pipe. Another potential concern is securing the lower portion of the unit (with the provided screws) to a glass tile shower wall like mine (which can crack even with the best of bits.) (See third photo). I ended up using a JB Weld Marine epoxy which worked great. Hope this helps some people. Enjoy your shower... UPDATE: Just received an Email from SOKA (11 days after my follow up Email to them) stating " Because a mold production is tens of thousands, this is not realistic for us.". This customer service rep. obviously knows nothing about their own product since no molds are used when soldering a copper pipe to a male fitting.
