Broke within the first 3 hours of use

Worked great then suddenly just stopped, no jam, just doesnt do anything. Have to assume its faulty electronics internally. Cant return the item, have to go through dewalts warranty process and now I will not have the tool for the specific job I bought it for. I assumed because it was Dewalt it would be a reliable tool although I have all milwaukee tools. Had to buy the charger and batteries as well and seems I may as well have lit $600 on fire Update: I was sent a replacement in 2 days, I am returning the broke one so hopefully I do not get charged for the new one and hopefully the one I originally recieved was defective.
