Fully stain and waterproof. Looks great and a nice addition to my patio. I will also add that I had purchased a pair of these several months ago and recently lose one in a windstorm. I emailed the company requesting to purchase only one, and they sent me TWO at NO CHARGE! I'm a real person and I am not being paid to write this lol we need more companies like this in the world. Thank you!!

Didn’t like the fact that it was left over the backyard fence didn’t even know it was back there,also when I opened it it had a little stain on the fabric..
