This was hard to install if you have zero experience, but I eventually figured out the neutral wiring. Pro tip, keep all the neutral wires bundled together. Also sleep well before doing electrical work.

Bought 3, 1 had stripped screws out of the box and marker written all over it (someone's previous return). 1 would not sync at all and the last one would not even power on. I replaced all of them with Levinton switches which worked fine out of the box.
