Works as advertised update on battery update
By The Hunt family of NYC on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2022
It’s now 2024 this battery last about an hour and a half maybe 2 that’s as listed so these batteries do what they say I had to add back two stars mobilty scooters use battery a lot on inclines , pulling a wagon etc . I hope they make a more powerful battery but I’m back in 2024 to order to more for the scooter I think in my house we scoot a lot sometimes just to get some air or go to the mall or park . Update: I had taken away 2 stars but I learned that with the mobilty scooter the terrain has a lot to do with the life of this battery . If you are constantly going up a curve like in some parts of NYC it will effect your battery life so I now try to ride on the bicycle path as opposed to the sidewalk and I’m getting closer to the 6 mile promised . I was in Brooklyn the other day doing a road test because I was one step to getting a different mobilty scooter and I averaged 4. 6 miles in Williamsburg . I noticed the inclines had 100% to do with the battery life because on the sidewalk when I go up there are inclines and I can hear the motor getting extra battery power . That proves it’s not the battery fault but the terrain . So I plan to get more batteries and keep my little disposable scooter by Super Handy . I have a normal Pride scooter but the fact that the super Handy is so lite I feel safer if I’m on a subway and it stops between stations I can put it on my shoulder . So these batteries are good if your using them on a super handy or G scooter be mindful of your terrain . Purchased October of 22 but it’s now January 30 and this battery only holds a charge for 2 miles . Very disappointed we have the mobilty scooter which I like because it’s different but 2 miles isn’t good . We use it to go downtown which is one ha F of a mile halfway back it died but thankfully we invested in 2 extra batteries for a total of 4 batteries . So that was smart. Sometimes you just buy a battery that isn’t good . But I deduct 2 stars We have two super handy products in our home. A scooter and a fogger. The batteries work the time indicated on the advertisement. The scooter gets very close to the mileage advertised depending on how much my wife is carrying. If she adds a basket with 10 to 15 lbsbof groceries or pulls her wagon with the scooter , she gets less mileage due to weight this is true with all batteries so i occasionally buy extra batteries so she’s not caught without . I’m happy with my purchase the cost is fair as compared to other lithium ion batteries of the same voltage

Battery mafia, Scammy company
By Brian on Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2022
So your company sells battery powered equipment (with your name on it) but you don’t sell the chargers for those batteries? I bought an auger from your company and it included a battery and a charger. 2 years later the charger stops working. However first I thought it was a problem with the battery, so I bought a new battery. Ofc when it ships it doesn’t have a charge and you need to charge it when you get it. So I plug it up to the charger and low and behold, it’s a problem with the charger, NOT the battery! So I need a new charger.. okay, I look on your website. Can’t find the charger I need (for the product you sell), so I ask your customer service where to buy it and they persistently ask “please give me your full name and mailing address so I can verify your user”. I ask, do you have a link I can click on to purchase [this] charger (I attached 2 pictures of my charger and a picture of the same charger that you sell for your air compressor. The response I get is, “what is your name and address so I can best assist you”. Why do you need that info? Just tell me how I can buy the charger! I don’t know what to do now with 2 empty 48V 2.0AH 88.8WH batteries, probably a ~$200 value. But no way to charge them! Sad thing is I love your auger and use it all the time. Or should I say ‘used’ it, because I have no way to power it up. What to do..
