Cheap junk - doesn't last :-(

Thought these were great at first - we bought 3 of them. Easy to install, and they work OK for a few months...then...they don't :-( EXTREMELY vexing when they go out without notice. Ours were all installed indoors, in a condo-building. The company makes you contact them via email regarding warranty issues...then just ignores you and/or strings you along with stupid stuff (remove all th batteries and then re-insert...try switching the positions of the batteries...try new batteries, etc.) - it isn't the batteries !!! 🙁 In the end - they won't do a thing 😡 Save yourself the time and aggravation, and spend a few more dollars on a reputable product - just trying to help others to learn from our mistake 😯
