Great product, easy to use—How do I buy a new cap?
By ConsciousConsumer on Reviewed in the United States on May 9, 2022
I’ve owned this for a year and use it for seasonal spraying for mosquitos and ticks. I use a non-toxic garlic and water solution to repel the insects, and this sprayer makes my job SO much easier than a manual pump sprayer. I turn the nozzle to the fine spray (not quite a mist) and swing it back and forth from the middle of the hose rather than the handle—it’s easier on my hands and covers more ground. Since the sprayer can be locked to continuous spray, you can find the most comfortable method for holding and directing the spray.I was especially impressed when I got my he sprayer out this May after storing it all winter and it was still holding enough charge to cover all 6,000 square feet of my lawn. Well done, Sun Joe!My only issue is that I somehow lost the cap for the tank. (Might have been the Great Garage Cleanup of ‘21 or maybe the mosquitos just came and carried it off.)I still used the sprayer without a cap this spring and was able to mostly keep the liquid from sloshing out because the unit is so light weight. Since I’m using a natural product, it’s ok if I get some on myself, but I’d rather not smell quite so strongly of garlic.I’m wondering if there is a way to order just a new cap?

After 18 months it's dead
By CalifDiver on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2024
Worked fine for spraying my tomato plants but after no use for several months the battery seems to have died. Being an engineer I thought I'd open it up and replace the battery. Well it's a proprietary design, the battery cables are soldered to two printed circuit boards, one for the charging input and the other for the power switch. Very disappointed with this product. Battery powered products should be designed to let the user replace the battery which will inevitably fail. Won't be ordering from this company again.
