I love these!
By Ross Glenn on Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2024
I love this version of solar lights so much that I bought several extra packs to make sure I have replacements as their batteries inevitably die. Lots and lots of good to talk about with this product!First, they look great. They are unobtrusive until you notice them, and when you notice them, all you see is that they're obviously solar-powered path lights. I have mine mounted on the interior of my wooden fence along a dog run and they're easy to make look like they were professionally installed. A couple of screws and you're in business. Once they're lit up, they look even better! In particular, I love the various options for lighting modes with these lights. I myself use "dim light until motion detected, then bright light" and this is a great option. It gives you a really attractive light display that the included batteries can keep on for many hours into the night and surprisingly bright light when you need it. Mine are mounted about eight feet apart between lights at about head level, and this is just right for providing bright light all the way down my dog run.The best part, though, is that most lights of this type do not stand up well to multiple seasons. Most solar power path lights I've tried last a single year, and then you have to replace them. Not so with these. I get an average of three years out of these even with the super cheap rechargeable batteries that are inevitably used to get the lights down to this price point. And three years is plenty good for me. That's a good term of service for this kind of light, and at this price, I can afford lots of spares to replace them as they go out.A product that looks great and provides good service for a reasonable period of time. Recommended!

Do Not Work As Advertised
By Jillian Dumond on Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2021
These lights are not what we paid for. First of all, they only work *SOME* nights. And it has nothing to do with whether or not there was sun; sometimes they just didn’t work regardless. The light initially would shine brightly, but they would dim and turn off after only a handful of hours, my husband noted. Which is useless because what is the point of motion sensor lights that only work between 7-10pm?? If they’re solar powered, they should theoretically have HOURS of charge. When my husband mentioned the lights go off too early, I told him to maybe try the motion sensor feature? Yeah, doesn’t work at all. He waved his arms, walked back and forth, jumped up and down….nothing. If these are motion sensor, I’m a duck. Anyway. Buy it if you want to waste your money for a laugh. Otherwise? I’d advise you not to.UPDATE: This company was relatively quick to issue a full refund and said not to worry about returning the product, which was nice. However, when I said I didn’t want replacements, at first, they agreed to that. Then, I received a message *after* agreeing to be refunded asking how I was enjoying my lights and whether or not they work….I told them I was expecting a refund already (that they had issued) because no, the lights don’t work. Then they wouldn’t *stop* messaging me. They offered not once, but twice—to replace the lights. I said “No” the first time, “No” the second, and when they continued messaging me—after I’d asked them to stop—I finally told them it was borderline harassment, and they would be reported if they continued. So. Take that as you will.
