Not a Dremel

Not the best small rotary hand tool, but the value cant be beat. With accessories that were included, it was about 1/3 the cost of a simular dremel tool. The variable speed dial feels a bit cheesy- it may needto be used a bit. Noise level is about the same. Durability -? time will tell
