Parrot Uncle F6253QQ110V-PU 52 Inch Ceiling Fan

I love the look, platinum color and attached chandalier whose crystals make the light shine irredescently but it is poorly designed. I have purchased 3 of these lights from 3 different stores and after a short time, 2 weeks to a month, the fan motor stops working. It just hums. I have paid for professional installation 3 times and 2 of the lights stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer, Parrot Uncle, with the 1st and after sending pictures and receipts they just ignored me and stopped communicating. So I purchased a 3rd fan here with the same results. I returned it but was still stuck with the two previously purchased at a store. Now I am just waiting for the 2nd fan to die. It is a waste of money. Do not recommend this purchase. 3 fans and 2 strikes down. Beauty is deceiving. The manufacturer doesnt seem to care about the poor quality or design defect - you cannot detach the light to clean it because fan and light is wired together. I have to pay to have both lights removed soon because fan motor hums but blades dont turn and I am afraid it is a fire hazard.
