I received this and immediately installed it. I could not get the controller to pair with the door sensor, so I moved on and continued the install. I have 2 cameras in my garage, so I can easily check if the door is open. Once everything was connected properly and the app installed on my phone, I could not get it to work at all. I removed the 4 small screws from the door sensor and tested the battery. It was completely dead, but I still didn't think it was necessary due to having the cameras. I called support and someone answered within 2 minutes. I could barely hear her and she hung up on me. I called back 9 times and they hung up soon after the call connected. I finally reached someone and explained the situation, including the fact that the CR 2450 battery in the door sensor was dead. She told me that she would have their "tech guy" contact me . Nobody contacted me, so I called again 5 days later. I gave my phone number and the girl knew my name and email, so they had a case open. They had a note in the system to tell me that the door sensor has to be connected to the controller or the system will not work. I was advised to replace the battery and call back if that doesn't fix the issue. ***I replaced the battery, paired the sensor, and everything works perfectly now.*** Minus 1 star for the support team, they could and should have sent me an email or called as soon as they knew what my issue was. Once connected, the people that I spoke with were friendly and very easy to understand. Lesson learned, I'm sharing my experience for future purchasers. The device and app are now working as advertised. I would give 5 stars if the battery had not arrived dead.
