Sun Joe XTREAM Electric High Pressure Washer

Like quite a few others, mine arrived in a sealed, undamaged box with a very vital part broken. It’s the water inlet on the front of the machine that the hose goes into. It took me nearly an hour to fish the chunk that was still inside out because I’m well past the return window. Why on earth anyone at Sun Joe thinks this is remotely acceptable is beyond me, other than saving, what, a couple bucks? Now that I have it removed I’m looking for a solid brass replacement and making absolutely sure I’m not buying anything from this company, because if the plan is for this part to fail and consumers are then forced to buy a new part for $20 I'm sashaying to a local hardware store that’s awesome about carrying stuff made in America and spending my money there. I would absolutely not recommend this washer or anything else from this company. I was supposed to be completing a paid project today, not cussing at plastic junk and eyeing a weather forecast that’s going to be too cold to finish any time soon. One star = one solid middle finger to the penny pinching idiots that think I’m just going to keep throwing money to them.
