Good product but broke on 2nd use and company is unresponsive

Great product but “Amazon resale” is not an authorized Sin seller and Amazon sold me a bad refurbished item!! It broke (died internally) the 2nd time I used it. I purchased it “new”December 9 2023, but when the not-very-bright phone customer service rep told me to look at the bar code for the serial number I found out it was manufactured in 2021 and so they told me I was out of warranty. Later, I confirmed my Dec 9 2023 purchase but after many many emails to the company I learned I was sold a used product. It is bad that one can buy a "new" product on Amazon that is in fact over 2 years old! Believing my unit was out of warranty (false), I took it apart and found water throughout and some rust. So either the seals were faulty, or it was a product return and sat somewhere for some years. DO NOT BUY FROM OR DEAL WITH “AMAZON RESELLERS”.

Broke after 2 1/2 years of very light use.

Major disappointment. This worked well at the beginning. We have had it less than three years, and we used it a several times a year for a short period of time (like we didn’t pressure wash a whole house or anything. Front walk that is about about 3 feet by 15 feet, car wheel wells, back porch that’s about 6x12, some mildew on the side of the house a few times, car mats a couple times). No major usage. It completely stopped working. We got a new plug because the troubleshooting indicated that could be the problem, but it wasn’t. There is no way a machine of this price and reputation should break under very minimal use in such a short period of time. I should also include that I tried repeatedly to do the online registration and the site kept throwing an error. Some extra offer was available with the purchase if you did the registration, but after numerous attempts I finally quit trying. I didn’t leave a review at the time because that seemed like a minor complaint since the machine worked well. But three years for something like this? Maybe that’s why they have a 2-year warranty… Do not recommend spending the current $300 price tag (or even half or third of that price) for a piece of equipment that needs replacing are 2 1/2 years of light and careful use.
