Greenworks 24V 13" Brushless Cordless String Trimmer

I purchased a battery-operated trimmer that was to come with a battery and charger. The product arrived with the trimmer and the charger only - no battery. I have tried to get this rectified - have been on HOLD with GREENWORKS for over an hour and a half - no one has answered. Have attempted to use the "AI chat bot, Vivian" and that is pointless - I get hung up in a loop of NO ANSWERS. I do not want to have to send the entire thing back, when all it would need is for them to send me that missing battery. PS: This was a reorder, as the one I purchased prior, the charger was defective - and I had to send it ALL back, instead of just getting a new charger! Lesson learned - NEVER PURCHASE FROM GREEN WORKS AGAIN!!!!!
