3 Pack UFO LED High Bay Lights

Before I get into the negative, I need to give some background. I purchased these lights for a commercial warehouse. I bought a 10 pack to try them out. We hooked it up to 277V power which is allowed and it worked great.... for the first two weeks. We had installed it next to a light 3x the price and decided to buy 5 more 10 packs. I was sooooo excited for the savings. After two weeks of constant use, the lights became noticeably dimmer and the more expensive light was still the same. A week later, 3 of the 6 I had installed temporarily completely died. I messaged with customer service and they were extremely nice and willing to replace the lights right away. While I contemplated just replacing the few bad lights, I couldn't in make the choice to install the rest knowing that more issues could arise. 50% of the lights I have installed failed. I couldn't install the other 50+ and take the risk of additional labor. For a commercial application, these lights require a Junction box at every light location, whereas more expensive lights have their own housings that can be easily daisy chained together. The difference in the installation was a big factor in giving them another shot because I wouldn't not only wast labor, but additional materials by putting them in and trying them again. I couldn't believe the lights completely died in 3 weeks. I'm giving them two stars only because their customer service was friendly and willing to make replacements right away and for the first two weeks, they were great.
